10:46 am: Bored.... Bored.... Bored....out of my mind.

Work is slow for me right now and I just don't feel like being here.....the usual Monday!

The wedding needs to be here already, I am tired of all the planning and such.........everyone else's wedding has me in wedding mode. Hopefully my wedding is as pretty as everyone else's.

Nick and I are so happy together, it is amazing. I wish this kind of love for everyone......moosh goosh!!

Nick starts his first day of school tomorrow, freshman social studies...isn't he the lucky one!!!! hahaaa........

Back to work (I guess).........

26 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

08:51 am: I am really not in the mood to work today, so maybe I will update this thingy.

As the wedding date fast approaches I can't help but get more excited. Our wedding is not going to be a glamorous event that cost a million dollars but I think that anyone that knows Nick and I really really well will be able to see "us" through out the whole day. My dress is not over the top, it is perfect for me. The church is the only church I have ever known and where my parents also got married 26 years ago, it will be minimally decorated because I want to spend money at the reception. speaking of the reception hall, it is what I am most excited about. it is very VERY nick and I, we both like the outdoors, whether it be camping, going out on the boat with my parents, or the houseboat with the rest of my family. There is a path to the reception where the trees cover each side of the road, like a canopy......I LOVE IT! There will be touches of red everywhere, because it is my favorite color, no doubt!

On top of the getting married, our house is perfect, I am starting to make it more like home. we have finished painting the kitchen and guest bathroom, the colors are perfect. I still sit on the couch and look around and think how did we afford this thing. never in my wildest dreams did I think that nick and I would be able to get a brand new house. now I just can't wait to live in it with him. my dad is WAY too old fashion..!!! haha.....just one more month left!

I don't think that I have a free weekend until October.......I have my bachlorette party this Saturday (which will be great by the way because we are just sitting around the pool all day and drinking!!) then next weekend is my bridal luncheon (almost thought that I was going to miss mike and jen's wedding but thank goodness one is early and one is later!) and Sunday is my last shower. the next Saturday we have to go to some marriage counseling before we can get married in the church.....boooring! blah blah the list goes on and on....but most importantly UofL football is fast approaching!!!! GO CARDS!

Alright now my boss caught me so I think that I have to work now....BOOOOO!!!

11:57 pm: WOW I have not posted since February.........yikes!

Things that have been going on in my life.......

Nick and I are getting married in less then a month.

Nick and I just bought a brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in shelbyville. it is so hard to believe that it is brand new, we are loving it. we have already painted the kitchen an awesome blue color and we are working on all the other rooms......YAY for new houses!

The hardest thing that i have had to deal with in a really long time is my cousin losing her baby. this is her second miscarriage, but this time she was at 20 weeks. it was the hardest week my family has gone through in a really long time. ashley is my matron of honor in the wedding and we were all excited and fitting that into the wedding....so sad....his name was james wyatt.....

The wedding plans are going awesome.....i just need a limo and of course to tie up the loose ends on all the rest of the plans. i am really excited about my dress and the girls dresses......

it is late (for me) and i havent gotten my sleep this week....i'll try to update soon...i promise!

03:20 pm: just a little note to everyone....if you ever get a jury duty letter in the mail BURN IT!

it is the most boring this that i have ever dont in my life, i have sat in what we call "the room" and it makes you want to go insane. i have sat there everyday for the last two weeks to only have my number called ONCE. and when we went up to the trial the lawyers decided that they wanted to reschedule.....so i had to go back to "the room"

boring boring boring.......BORING!

10:22 am: it has been a great couple of days and more to come......

yesterday was my brothers senior night for wrestling. i still cant believe that he is a senior and will be graduating in may....be is just a baby. but anyway he pinned the guy (from stx haha) in the first period so he was pumped. he thinks that he might get to wrestle in the state duals this weekend at henry clay......im proud of the kid!

tonight nick and i are going to talk to nate....a photographer. he is sort of my cousin-in-law but he is super sweet and a great photographer..... so that is exciting.

tomorrow nick and i have a meeting at hietzmans bakery to talk about wedding cakes.....hopefully we will get to taste some!!! YUMMY! then we are going to go and pick out some invitations!!!!! super pumped about that! then we are going to the mall to get elvis dumervils autograph. we are getting it on my dads leather football and my brothers jersey! hope the line isnt too long but yea know it will be worth it!

sunday we have a meeting with the priest to plan the ceremony. you know the readings, songs......get set all we are having a full mass....no falling asleep!!!

a wedding packed weekend......but next weekend.....watch out the STEELERS ARE IN THE SUPER BOWL!!!!!! HOLY CRAP!

12:43 pm: well i dont think that i have written in a while but things arr kinda hectic.

school will be okay this semester i only have 3 classes and then i am out the door! most of my teachers are kinda boring but i guess i can sit through it for a few months. i just keep thinking to myself that i will be dont FOREVER after this.

so nick and i went to watch my brother wrestle last weekend and it was the freakiest think EVER. okay so he was wrestling kentucky school for the blind (i know dont laugh, they always come up with atleast one good wrestler a season but anyway) tj (my brother) had this guy on his back twice....the second time he flipped tj over on his back and somehow, someway tj passed out. the guy from KSB obviously could not see that tj was out cold and they guy kept wrestling him.....neither us, the ref or the coaches knew that he was out. when the match was over (tj lost by points) the ref realized that he was out and he called the coaches over. and it was at that point that we say a puddle of blood around tj's head. yea his nose was gushing....not dripping...gushing but at leat he woke up.....then tj almost passed out again and he and the coaches had blood everywhere. it was a VERY scarey problem. but tj is okay now thank goodness.

i went wedding dress shopping a few weeks ago and it was awesome. i found a dress that i am in love with and it is beautiful, of course. it was not tttthat expensive but we are going to shop around still.......

something that i found interesting....there is a party at this bar (dont know where) in the highlands that is benefiting the pres softball team. most people dont know that i played fastpitch softball in high school.....but explain.......a benefit for a high school team......at a bar!!!! very interesting..........

welp lunch is over back to work...booooooooo!!!!!!!!

08:24 am: long time no write.

everything has been going really well. christmas was fun and i got to spend time with both sides of the family. one of my favorite gifts was from timmy and clara it is a pink sweatsuit and on the back of the jacket it says "soon to be mrs. chlon" and then on the butt it says "sept. 9, 2006" such a cute idea, i love it! i got a lot of other exciting things too!

so nick is not working this semester and i will admit at first i was a little worried but now i am so happy. i have seen him for what will be tonight 5 days in a row. that is a new non-vacation record! im so excited that i get to see him so much!!!

dad, nick and i are leaving for the GATOR BOWL on sunday and i am SO EXCITED! as long as we dont get blown out i will be happy. i'm sure that i will take tons of pictures......im a picture freak!!! hahaaa......

coming to lexington this weekend for new years, i havent been down there in a while so that will be tons of fun.....should i wear my michael bush jersey (which i got for christmas) or my nice outfit i had planned?? hmmm....decisions decisions!!

10:06 pm: I'M GOING TO THE GATOR BOWL BABBBBY!

Nick, my dad, brother and I are heading to Jacksonville, FL on Jan. 1st to cheer on the cardinals!!! Yep we are playing Virginia Tech that are "like whoa" good but for now I am going to say we are going to win. (Please let Marcus Vick have an off night!!) haha.

11:30 pm: welp i was right about my little brother....

his first match he lost, i don't think that he got pinned but he still lost. the second match somehow another one of his teammates got confused and wrestled the wrong match...so TJ didn't wrestle. and then in the third match my mom said that he let out a horrible scream half way through because the guy hurt his shoulder. the other guy automatically got off TJ b/c he yelled so loud. TJ had to forfeit the rest of the match and go over to see the trainer, we think that he is okay now but he didnt wrestle anymore today. TJ said he is going to wrestle no matter what so he will prob lie to my parents as to whether it really hurts or not. for those of you who don't know at the end of last season he tore his labram (sp?) in his left shoulder (his dominate arm) more then 3/4 of the way. he had surgery right before his 17th birthday and when they went in they found that he had bone spurs and his rotator cuff was flat in the back b/c of it being popped out so many time. so now TJ is living with a screw to keep his shoulder together. great for a 17 year old. anyway i hope that he is okay.

uofl won in football and basketball. i didn't watch any of the basketball game, im having a hard time getting into it....football is still on!!!! the cards played uconn in football and won by 10. hunter cantwell played REALLY well, really well!!! but now they are saying that we might play virginia tech in the gator bowl which is VERY scarey considering that they have that darn marcus VICK kid. we do really bad with fast qb's.

i have to meet my ethics group at the library tomm. i hate driving all the way down there just to be there for a half of an hour. oh well that class will be over soon too!

i am going to lexington this coming weekend and i am so excited. i havent been there in forever! he switched his schedule around so that he doesnt have to close on saturday so that is awesome! more time to spend with the honey!!!!

11:23 pm: welp, i should be doing homework but instead i am clicking around on the internet, darn it! oh well this semester is ending on a quiet note. I am already finished with two of my four classes and the remaining two are not that dificult, just annoying.

so my brother wrestles tomm in his first varsity match as a senior and his first match since shoulder surgery in march. i hope that he does okay...im afraid that he is going to be a little over weight but i guess he will have to see in the morning. he sure is grumpy when he cant eat!!!! im a big fan of wrestling since nick did it and now TJ but i still cant see how TJ cuts the weight. i mean really he is six foot tall and is weighing under 160 (or atleast should be) his bmi is that of a perfect athlete and he is solid muscle. i still think that he is the mail mans kid because non of the rest of us are built like that! although, everyone says he looks just like me! haha! anyway i am so pround of him for coming back to wrestle after surgery. his shoulder was so messed up and to have major surgery when you are 16 years old is crazy!

i think that i might head down to lexington next weekend to celebrate the ending of the semester!! i havent been down there in forever...and once again nick and i are going another two weeks without seeing each other, DANG IT! i can't wait until he moves home for good, it will prob be one of the happiest moments EVER! 5 years of being in a different city is long enough!

louisville plays in football and basketball tomm. we play uconn in football, could be interesting to see how well they have prepared hunter cantwell to take over our offense with brohm out for the rest of the season. i think he will do okay though. i expect uconn to put some major pressure on him! basketball plays sisters of the poor.....or i mean praire view...who the heck are they and where do these teams come from?? oh well!

11:42 pm: well, long time no write.

things have been kinda slow around here. school is settling down a little bit. my mgmt class is over for the semester which thrills me to no end but now i want to know what my grade is but i bet the teacher waits until the very last minute to post them....grrr. oh well al least the class is OVER!

thanksgiving was a lot of fun, it was so nice to spend time with family and just chill out but by far the best day was friday. nick came over after he got off work and we sat around in our pajamas and watched tv and took naps. i scrapbooked a little which i absolutely LOVE to do, it is so much fun to be creative.....nick and my dad watched james bond movies my dad was excited to hang out with nick too! my dad loves the kid (and my mom too!)

even through thanksgiving my diet has gone well, so far i have lost 12.2 pounds. i can still tell in my belly, i am so glad that i am seeing instant results plus the diet is really not that hard. nick is doing it with me and he has lost just as much if not more, you can really tell in his face...his cheeks are smaller! :)

im so excited for christmas break!!! i want to be able to come straight home from work and not have to go to school......christmas break plans.....hang out with nick, wrap christmas present with really really pretty bows :), scrapbook, make cookies and hang out with nick some more (and family too!!)

the uofl game was a nail biter tonight althought the scores does not reflect it. syracuse played a lot harder then i thought that they would. they played a lot better against us then when i saw them play notre dame last weekend! the only really really bad thing is that brohm hurt his knee really bad in the 3rd quarter. my personal non doctor opinion is that he is out for the rest of the year. he could not put any weight on it at all. hunter cantwell is a very good qb he just needs some confidence.

11:34 am: well i am at work right now and i really think that the window might crack....it is that windy outside. oh well at least i would get a nice settlement out of it if it did.

school has been interesting these past weeks. my ethics teacher is still refusing to teach us anything.....but now we have a monsterous group project due that he just assignmed last night.....GREAT! Business writing is still really funny because the teacher is trying to convince us that we dont have to be politically correct when writing in a business setting...whatever. so mgmt is freakin insane, i finished the project on monday and now i have to study for the dang final tomm. i CANT wait for this class to be over! i loved the people in my class though, they were so much fun!

we are all going to south bend this weekend for the notre dame v. syracuse game. that will be tons of fun! we get to spend time with timmy and clara!!!! although i am slightly disappointed that my ethics teacher decided to give us a test on monday! boooo........oh well i guess i will study on the way home.

well back to work...it is almost lunch time thank goodness!

01:26 am: when will teams learn not to stomp on the cardinal bird at mid-field?? the last team that did that lost 70-7....it only fires our team up more.....and yea we won 56-5! Rutgers kicked themselves in the pants by doing that. Funny thing is that they did it in front of our team and then they literally chased rutgers into theor locker room, quite funny! heard on the radio that we have out scored opponents that have stomped on the cardinal bird 207-42......haha that will teach them!

school is crazy this week....write more later!

12:28 am: long time no write.....

im so ready to be finished with school for the semester. my ethics class is just getting insane. here is the last month of class (one night per week) week 1= fall break no class, week 2 = teacher didnt show, week 3 = he kept us for 15 minutes (of a 2 hour 45 minute class) and last monday he kept us for 25 minutes b/c he had to take his kid trick or treating. i am SO glad that i am paying for this education. not that i want to be in class for so long but really i drive all the way to uofl so i might as well learn something.

the whole diet thing is going really well. i have lost almost 10 pounds which i am thrilled about. i can tell in my belly! very exciting.

i spent last weekend in lexington and that was a BLAST but now i don't get to see nick for three weeks. im sooo sad about that, nick says that we have gone that long once before but i dont remember that. the good thing is that when we do get to see each other it will be for the whole weekend b/c we are going to see timmy and clara up at notre dame. so that will be fun, i always look forward to that.

thanksgiving is going to be here before we know it. YEA! i love to eat and watch football all day! no diet that day! hahahaaa.

hope everyone has a god week, mine should be pretty stress-free....but the next week wont. boooo!!!!!

oh and uofl won, yea!!! i was sitting in class when the game started, i was really sad b/c my dad and i always go to the games together, but my stupid english teacher gave us a project and presentation due on game night! i don't think he even knows what football is!

10:22 pm: awesome weekend, awesome weekend.

FRIDAY: started off like a normal day except i got to leave work early to go the dentist so that they could stare at where my wisdom teeth use to be and say that everything looks just fine. thats good. then i left to go to lexington and nick and i ate at subway. i dont usually like subway but since i am on this diet it is real food that i can actually eat so anyway it tasted good. the diet is going really well, i have lost 4 pounds in 5 days....i like it. after nick got off work we ate some chicken and just hung out.....

SATURDAY: we got up and went straight to tailgating which was great. there were some grads there that we hadnt seen in....well a month, hahaaa. anyway it was good to see them and to hang out. adam was insanely drunk and throwing beers at everyone. i have never seen two 18 packs disappear quite that quickly. oh well. we somehow made it out of the tailgating without killing anybody with the truck. i didnt know it was that difficult for this girl to move when there was a truck coming right at her......i finally said "go stand somewhere else" kinda meanly. i feel bad now but she was talking on her phone and just staring at me. sorry girly, who ever you were. nick and i made it back to the apartment were we turned our phones on silent but not before we heard that FIJI won homecoming, congrats guys, finally recognition that you deserve!!!! i was thinking the other day how crazy it was that the fraternity use to be so small and now i seems to be growing!!! what a great group of guys! so yea, phones on silent watched miss congeniality II (BAD!) and Old School (FUNNY!) and relazed on the couch. It was great to see Nick for so long, three days in a row is a BIG deal!!

SUNDAY: Nick left for work and I slept in, i hate getting up early on the weekends. About an hour later i heard my cellphone. Yea we forgot to set the clocks back and he was an hour early for work, funny stuff, well at least for me.

THIS WEEK: test, sucky class with lots due, paper, presentation...THEN FRIDAY AGAIN!

09:13 pm: well it is official, i am on a diet. my goal is to lose about 30 pounds by february. i think, no wait, i know that i can do it. my mom and nick are going to do it with me, so that helps that i have some support. i am not good at diets but i have to be now, im doing LA Weight Loss so yea....im on a diet!

i am so excited to come to lexington this coming weekend, it will be so great to spend time with nick. he asked off for saturday so that will be GREAT! i dont think that i can explain enough or even that anyone will understand how much i cant wiat to be married!! i cant wait to do the everyday things with him that i see so many people doing. yea you know like HANGING OUT! anywho, i miss him.

so yea get this so i ROYALLY messed up my class schedule. so i am going full time in the spring to get a minor in marketing, something that i really wanted to do but had decided not to because of time. but yea now i am doing that and so that means that i have to take a summer class and another class next fall. NOT what i had planned to be doing for my first months of marriage but yea thats that! it will only be one night out of the week but still. i had a really bad day yesterday. plus my boss was really getting on my nerves because she does everything possible to annoy me. i like things in neat order on my desk and she will just throw stuff on my desk or most of all she puts things in my in-basket in all directions. so really when my other boss comes to my desk it looks like i am behind and that she has been working (because she "stages" my basket) hard to explain but i have asked her to put things in there neatly but she just laughs and says now that i know that bothers you then i will do it more. me, the smartypants, says "you know what i do everything that i can to make your life easier...whay cant you do this for me?" hahahaaa......still doesnt work.

well i guess i had better do some sort of homework....i cant put it off any longer!!

but oh yea the CARDS WON, holy crap who the heck knew!!! LOL!

11:49 am: interesting how this weekend went from.........yea sure hunny we can watch the steelers instead of going to huber's to........oh they changed the work schedule and you have to work the whole weekend and i dont get to see you at all.......

I WANT TO SEE NICK!!!!!!!!! it is not fair....seeing each other once in four weeks is just NOT enough. I am coming down on the 28th and staying all weekend....i told nick that i want to have a margarita (sp?) party and everyone just hang out.....he said it sounds like fun but i know that he wont mention it to anybody and we will just hang out and watch tv.....not that that is a bad thing because i will get to hang out with HIM. i am just in the mood to complain, mostly because i do not get to see him enough......
